Structured revision courses for undergraduate final year examinations in medicine.
We help medical students prepare for medical final exams in a study course covering the diagnosis, data interpretation, investigation and management of almost all key topics.
Another academic year beckons in changes to the syllabus and a longer academic year. 2009 saw the OSCE examination retain its fashionable emphasis on information sorting, communication and clinical safety in the early years after qualification, whilst the written exam deals out ‘meat and two veg’ style golden oldies.
For the 2010 course (as for every year), we have re-written the course. We are again using Leeds Metropolitan University Campus facilities, which have previously proved welcoming and popular with the students. As usual pre-course material will be sent out prior to the course. Full course material will be provided in the folders to this and all material covered on the day. Again this year we are running two consecutive Saturdays, rather than a continuous whole fatiguing weekend.

Ultramedicine revision text We are very pleased to announce the publication of the Ultramedicine course book. At 341 pages, the text deals with all core and most non core undergraduate topics in our favourite and highly successful form of questions (long EMQ cases and MCQs) followed by extended answers. In addition we have included a chapter on the KEY OSCE stations. Published by Blackwell Scientific Press, the book is now available in all major book shops and by mail order from this website.
